Jewelry, like fashion, can be a very personal form of self expression. Therefore, a piece should be as unique as the person wearing it. 

My favorite materials to work with are sterling silver and semi-precious stones, I utilize artistic techniques such as reticulation and Keum boo, an ancient Korean gilding technique, to create various patterns and textures in the silver. This adds to the unique quality of each one of a kind piece of jewelry

Mica is a natural mineral with a vitreous to pearly luster, which forms in multiple distinct layers. Mica is lightweight and soft, and the sheets are flexible. This mica was mined primarily in the mountains of Western N.C. North Carolina produces about half of all Mica mined in the USA.
